It says that I'm registered and I've never registered myself, what should I do?

This is what you should do in case you get this error.

 

If you are trying to register and the site says that there is already a user with your email, keep in mind that if you are registered in any product of the Settle Network suite (Latamex or Stablex) you must use the email and password registered in those products to login to Ping.

If you didn't registered previously on any of these platforms, please send an email to [e-mail] and our support team will help you with this.
