What documentation do I need to do my company verification?

This is the documentation that we will need to validate your company.

 

In order to carry out the verification process of your company account, you must have the following documentation at hand:

Some of these Corporate Documents:

• Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association

• Certificate of Incorporation

• Bylaws

• Share of transfer contract (only if applicable)

• Power of Attorney (only if applicable)

Some of these documents about the structure of the company:

• Organizational chart of the shareholders

• Register of members

• Register of directors (if it exists)

Note: You will need to upload all these documentation of every Beneficial Owner that owns 25% or more of the company. If the Beneficial Owner is an entity, you must reach till the last final beneficiary (human person) that has 25% of ownership or more.
