Can I receive money from someone that doesn’t have a Ping account?

Yes, you can receive payments from non Ping users.

 

You will only be able to receive payments from third parties in your Ping account within the framework of the collection of your fees as a freelancer or contractor.

In order for said payment to be credited to your account, you must have previously sent the invoice to your client or employer. If from Ping we do not have the invoice that supports the money that enters your account from a third party, it is likely that it will remain pending accreditation until the Compliance Team has your invoice.
