You can track your invoice from your account.
As soon as you've sent an invoice, you will be able to view it in the generated invoices section and your client or employer will receive an email with its details. Also, if your client has a Ping Latam account, it will appear in the received invoices section.
If the payment of your invoice is made through Ping Latam, the status will be automatically updated in your account and you will also receive a payment confirmation email.
If the payment is made outside of Ping Latam, in the activity section you can view the deposits received and you must manually mark that invoice as paid to keep your invoices in order and organized.
