How do I make a withdrawal?

Making a withdrawal is very simple. You just have to:

2. Select the type of currency you want to withdraw.

• If the withdrawal is in USD to a US bank account, you will need to:

1. Complete the amount to be withdrawn and the details of the bank account* in USD.

2. Confirm the withdrawal.

3. Done! Soon you will have the money in your account.

* You can only withdraw USD from your Ping account to a bank account in your same name. If from Ping we detect a withdrawal in USD to a third party account, said withdrawal will be rejected and returned to your Ping account, and it may also be suspended, temporarily or permanently.

• If the withdrawal is in cryptocurrencies, you must:

1. Select the cryptoactive and the network to withdraw.

2. Fill in the amount and details of your wallet (in this step you can verify the cost of the withdrawal).

3. Confirm the withdrawal (remember to check that the data is correct).

4. Done! Soon you will have the assets in your wallet.
